About me
My name is Andre Guilherme Daubermann, and I hold a PhD in Plant Physiology and Biochemistry from the “Luiz de Queiroz” College of Agriculture (University of São Paulo), Brazil. My doctoral research focused on the roles of the peptide hormone rapid alkalinization factor (RALF) in plant responses to drought stress. Although my expertise lies in plant physiology and biochemistry, my research journey began in a different field. During my undergraduate studies, my first experience in research was in soil physics. I was captivated by the fascinating dynamics of soil, but what intrigued me most at the time was the opportunity to engage in a scientific environment. Since then, I have devoted myself to learning and investigating, driven by a passion for discovery.
